Laba Super App
Privacy Policy

Who we are
Laba Super App (labasuperapp.xyz) is an internal tool operated by LABA. It gives employees and contractors of LABA and its brands one sign-in to the company's internal products (such as Researchius, Scoutius, Name Testius, Planius and Coursius). It is not a public service: only people an administrator has added to the access list can use it.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We request only these basic profile scopes — no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
- Access records: whether your email is on the access list, which products and projects you may use, and changes administrators make to that access.
- Technical data: sign-in session cookies, your selected project, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and request time) kept by our hosting providers.
How we use it
Only to sign you in, decide which internal products you may open, and keep the service secure. When you open an embedded product, Laba Super App passes it your email and access level so it can sign you in too. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share Google user data with anyone except as described here.
Service providers
We rely on: Google (sign-in), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (service emails). They process data on our behalf and only to provide these services.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while you have access. An administrator can suspend your access or delete your account; deleting it removes your account and access records. Hosting logs expire on the providers' own schedules. To have your data deleted, contact us at the address below. You can also revoke Laba Super App's access at any time in your Google Account settings.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our providers. Who may open which product is decided on our servers, not in your browser.
